New Damascus steel oyster knives available! After stabbing myself 100 too many times with one during my culinary days I decided to make a couple! There will be more in the future but I really wanted to do these Damascus ones first. Hope you like em! Specs below 👇

First knife in the new workshop done and of course I forgot to take good photos. Anyway I am super happy and impressed with the performance/geometry on this one. I think it is easily my best knife to date just based on cutting action alone. Available to test in person @toshoknifearts

What an amazing few months it has been. On January 14th my workshop got completely stripped and was ready for renovation. Over the next month framing was put up, the roof was re-done, insulation put in, a whole lot more outlets including 220v outlets, Central heating and much much more.

I then spent a good month building workbenches, shelving, drawers, another workbench, and another workbench lol. I put together everything in the space exactly how I want it and I am so so happy to have a space that is clean (for the most part), warm and inspiring to work in.

I can’t thank my parents enough for the mountains of support for what I do, I truly could not do it without them. A huge thank you goes out to everyone who has a bunny blade in their kitchen, you have made my dream job possible. I also have to give an extra special thanks to the following for their amazing help and support, you guys are amazing @toshoknifearts @winterbornblades @bad_llama_forge @craneculinary @sunandstarsforge @saint_ivan00 @golden.gully @maritimeknifesupply

What an amazing few months it has been. On January 14th my workshop got completely stripped and was ready for renovation. Over the next month framing was put up, the roof was re-done, insulation put in, a whole lot more outlets including 220v outlets, Central heating and much much more.

New custom chef knife finished up. This was my first project using Mun Ebony, and the clean handle + saya combo really shows it off nicely. Clean, elegant, and high performance tools that last a lifetime, that’s what it’s about 👍
